The challenge
CVS wanted to educate store colleagues about its growing portfolio of private brands and encourage them to confidently recommend those products to customers. The challenge wasn’t simply delivering information—it was creating something employees would actually want to watch.
The big idea
Rather than produce a traditional corporate training video, we framed the piece as an investigative news segment. A youtube-style reporter set out to uncover if CVS Store Brands could really be deliver quality and value — and stack up to the national brands.
Bringing it to life
